Special group rates have been secured for CNSA Winter Congress delegates at the accommodation options listed below. All rates quoted are for ROOM ONLY.

How to book

Accommodation must be booked online via the congress registration form. No pre-payment is required but credit card details must be supplied to secure the booking. The balance of your accommodation booking will be paid upon check-out. When booking a twin room please ensure that only one delegate requests the booking. The Congress Organisers cannot be held responsible for duplicate bookings.

Deadlines

Due to strict hotel release policies, all blocked rooms will be released 30 days prior to the congress. Bookings should be made prior to 24 June 2014 to guarantee the congress rates. Any bookings made after this date will be on a request basis and may incur a higher rate.

Changing/cancelling a booking

All changes or cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Managers and not directly with the hotel. Please refer to the cancellation policies for each individual property as noted in the descriptions below.

Extending your stay

Most hotels will be able to extend the rates offered for delegates wishing to stay on in Melbourne. This will be subject to availability and the Congress Managers will notify you should there be a change to the rate quoted.

Early Arrivals

If you are arriving early and want to guarantee access to your room (prior to 2pm) then you will need to reserve your room for the previous night. Please inform the Congress Managers should you wish to pre-book the night prior to your arrival to guarantee access.
