Registration

*ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AT 5PM TUESDAY 22 JULY 2014 - after this point you are welcome to register onsite at the congress. A 10% surcharge will apply to all onsite registrations.

Registration is only available via the online registration form. When you submit your registration you will immediately receive an acknowledgement email advising you of your registration reference number after successful submission. If you do not receive the acknowledgement email, it may be due to an error in your email address. Please contact the Congress Organisers if you have any queries.

For CNSA members, please have your membership number on hand as you will need to enter this number to be entitled to the discounted rate.

In 2014 there will be two changes to the registration fees structure. We have introduced an “Organisation Rate” which is designed for organisations who wish to share one registration between multiple staff i.e. one staff member attends for half day each or however you wish to use the registration.

We have also implemented a discount on pre-congress workshops for delegates who attend the full Winter Congress. Full delegates save up to $75 off the price of a pre-congress workshop.

A person is eligible for student membership if they provide evidence of part time/ full time undergraduate or full time Post Graduate student status with an Australian Institution or Higher Education and are enrolled in a course of study deemed relevant by the Executive of the Association. (Automatically includes a student membership to CNSA)

PAYMENT

Online registrations can be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and AMEX are accepted via PayPal). Alternatively you can arrange payment via electronic funds transfer. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations received in writing to the Congress Organisers’ 45 days prior to the Congress commencement date will receive a refund less a processing fee of $120 including GST. No refund will be given after this date; however, a delegate substitution may be permitted. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to the Congress Organisers.

LIABILITY


In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Cancer Nurses Society of Australia and Chilli Fox Events accept no responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegate.

DISCLAIMER

PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING DISCLAIMER

During your attendance at the CNSA 2014 Winter Congress, your image or voice may be recorded via video, photography or by any other means (“recorded”) by an official representative of the CNSA, which may be distributed or published at the discretion of the CNSA. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise the CNSA.

INSURANCE

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Delegates are strongly advised to take out their own travel and medical insurance. The Organisers will not take responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
